- 2 site visits per year
- Inspection report
- Priority scheduling for repairs or services
- Discount pricing offered for repairs found, stain/seal, pressure cleaning, hardware replacement, any additional accessories or services.
Services included:
- Tighten any loose screws/bolts
- Reattach loose lumber
- Remove any debris from wasps, birds, & other wildlife
- Grease lift (if applicable)
Inspection report includes the following potential defects:
- “Structural” -pilings -framing & understructure -rust -loose/sagging lumber -rot
- “Deck Surfaces” -splintering boards -warping/cupping -fastener connections -tripping/slipping hazards
